Coates Way Primary School in Watford planned their annual Summer Fete with meticulous planning! This popular fete brought together the local community for a day filled with laughter, entertainment, and a strong sense of togetherness.
Coates Way Primary School's summer fete was a celebration, packed with varied activities coupled with a brilliant turnout from the local community. From the moment the gates opened, families and friends entered the school grounds, eagerly exploring the various stalls and food outlets!
The raffle drew a crowd, with a wide range of brilliant prizes up for grabs. Dean was happy to be asked to draw the raffle and commended the organisers for having such a wonderful array of prizes. Dean would like to give a special mention to the brilliant Headteacher Fiona Hayes and also to Kat who had organised the event.
After the event, Dean said, ‘Thank you so much to everyone who has worked for months to make sure this was such a popular and successful event. It was a pleasure to be involved, and it was brilliant to see so many people out supporting the school. Events like these provide a real opportunity for families, friends, teachers, and local residents to interact outside the confines of daily routines, fostering a supportive community.’.
