Dean partners with Watford business on humanitarian project

Dean enjoyed re-visiting Sigma Pharmaceuticals on a Saturday morning where he helped load a container full of medical equipment to be shipped to Uganda. Sigma, who Dean mentioned during his maiden speech as one of Watford's many prestigious businesses, said, "I am very proud to have Sigma in our constituency; they do amazing humanitarian work across the world."
