Dean Russell MP proudly sponsored a key event in Parliament, in collaboration with the Mental Health Foundation. The event was part of Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme for 2024 was "Movement," aimed at promoting physical activity as a key part of a persons mental well-being.
Special guest Mr Motivator entertained the guests with a brilliant session, encouraging everyone to get up and dance. He talked about the positive impact of movement on mental health. The Minister for Mental Health, Maria Caulfield, also attended the event and delivered a speech on the importance of raising mental health awareness and the benefits of incorporating physical activity into daily routines.

The event was brilliant and provided everyone with plenty of insights on the importance of mental health. The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, 'Movement,' is something I hope everyone will carry forward in their daily lives.
