Dean was delighted to attend the Local Veterans Champions reception at 10 Downing Street. Accompanied by legendary footballer Luther Blissett OBE DL and his partner Lauren Fox, Dean joined forces with the Minister for Veterans' Affairs, Johnny Mercer MP, to celebrate the exceptional work being done for veterans in Watford and the surrounding areas.
The event was a heartfelt tribute to the countless volunteers who selflessly dedicate their time and effort to support local veterans. It is a testament to the importance of preserving the memory of airmen, soldiers, and sailors who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their country.

Support for Veterans' Mental Health: Dean attended a breakfast meeting at the Watford branch of Minds At War, a dedicated veterans' mental health charity. This demonstrates his commitment to addressing the mental health challenges that veterans may face.
Veterans Support Group: Dean visited North Watford's Veterans Support Group, which actively combats isolation and loneliness among veterans by organizing regular meet-ups with free tea, coffee, and camaraderie.
