The annual Watford Expo at the Hilton Hotel brought together business owners and managers from Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
The Expo kicked off with a breakfast networking event, before a varied programme with more than 100 exhibition stands, business workshops and a full day of opportunities. As the former Business Minister, Dean understands that new connections encourage expansion and promote trade opportunities, fostering a thriving local and national economy.
The event comes after recently released labour statistics showing UK workforce at a new record high and unemployment rate continuing to remain low.
The successful Expo is the largest networking event locally and throughout the region, attracting hundreds of business owners and charity representatives to showcase their fantastic local work.
Following the event Dean said, “It is great to see so many thriving businesses showcase what they have on offer and use this opportunity to connect with others and build potential business relations. It was wonderful to chat to managers, CEO’s and representatives about the recovery following the pandemic and how I can support as the MP for Watford. “
The event is heavily promoted, it's free to attend as a visitor, attendance is always high, stands sell out and it is supported by Watford Council, Chamber of Commerce, and the FSB.
