Dean Russell was pleased to support the launch of the latest Programme Business Growth Programme as part of the London & Partners activities to support start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Dean is a start-up mentor for London & Partners and provides counsel and workshops to help entrepreneurs succeed in growing their business.
Attending the event Dean stated:
"I enjoy being a start-up mentor with London & Partners because I get to the see the passion, drive and innovation that so many entrepreneurs in the UK have. From finding solutions to environmental issues through to developing technologies that may become part of everyday life in the future, many of these start-ups represent the future of British business and will help us succeed on the global stage in the future.
As a former Parliamentary candidate I have also seen first hand the ambition of young people in the UK and it exciting what future lays ahead for us.
In fact, I would go as far as to say that we used to talk about Britain being a 'nation of shopkeepers' with a shop serving on each street corner, I think this is now changing and we are becoming a 'nation of entrepreneurs', and have an opportunity to have British businesses serving all corners of the world."
