Dean Russell and Matt Hancock discuss our local NHS

Dean met with Health Secretary Matt Hancock to discuss the £400 million investment in our local NHS. Following meetings at Watford General Hospital with West Herts Hospital Trust CEO and Chairman, Dean and Matt discussed the continued need for Watford to receive high level of support from government over the coming years for the redevelopment of the hospital. 

During his visit Dean was pleased to confirm with Matt Hancock that the £400 million which has been promised for our local NHS is a grant not a loan.
