Dean Russell MP visits NRG Gym in Watford

Watford MP Dean Russell visited the NRG Gym, which is located opposite the Palace Theatre, right in the heart of town.

The NRG Gym Group has five premises in England and Dean visited the local Watford Branch. It is a friendly, welcoming and busy gym which has high performance strength kit, a fitness performance zone and a female only area.

There are spin bikes and classes and also studio classes which include the popular Les Mills virtual. The gym is open 24/7 with no joining fee. All members also receive up to 2 hours free parking in the Gade Car Park.

Following the visit Dean said "I would like to thank Bee and her team for their time today whilst showing me around their state-of-the-art facilities. There are a number of personal trainers available to train members and help create individual fitness plans.

"I wish the gym well for the future and I look forward to returning to talk about their future plans."
