Dean Russell starts the Watford Mencap Santa Dash

Dean was invited to brandish the starting pistol at today's Santa Dash in aid of Mencap. A number of athletes and fun-runners braved the elements to run either the 5km or 10km course... all while dressed as Father Christmas, elves, reindeer, and a variety of other Christmas-themed costumes!
