Dean Russell MP asks about fair compensation for new electricity infrastructure

During the third reading of Dr Liam Fox MP's Electricity Transmission Bill, Dean intervened to say that people are increasingly using more electricity and that as infrastructure grows, we need to make sure there is fair compensation for those people who may have to have the infrastructure put in place on their sites.
