New Hope proudly opened 'Haven' 25 years ago to the public. The Haven proudly provides clothing, housing advice, hot showers, warm food and advice for people who are at risk of losing their home. The invited guests were invited to learn more about the work they do, and mark the anniversary with a handmade cake. Dr Tim Robson and Sheila Meaning BEM (two founding members of New Hope) along with the Bishop of St Albans and the Chaser's Anne Hegerty were the invited guests who joined the staff team and service users. Dean said, 'I always enjoy visiting New Hope and I had a lovely afternoon celebrating 25 years of The Haven. The work that everybody at New Hope does is amazing. The staff and volunteers are so dedicated to helping others'.
