Watford's MP has been appointed to be a Small Business Ambassador.
Every UK region has been given an ambassador to champion local firms. The scheme, unveiled to mark Small Business Saturday, will see MPs be a voice to enterprises and help shape government policy.
Dean Russell MP said "Small businesses are the backbone of our country and I look forward to working with them to help promote and support businesses. As we build Britain back better after coronavirus, we must continue to support entrepreneurs and small businesses in every part of our country."
Amanda Milling has picked a team of 12 to represent Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and every English region. She said: “The team brings a wide range of experience and represents every region, reinforcing this Conservative Government’s commitment to level up across the country.
