Dean Russell attended the High Sheriff’s Justice Service at The Cathedral and Abbey Church of St Alban.
The High Sheriff of Hertfordshire, Lionel Wallace, hosted this service, which takes place annually, for a range of local representatives including Mayors and Chairmen of local authorities. A collection took place during the service, with some of the proceeds going to the High Sheriff’s Fund, which supports the High Sheriff’s Awards to local charities each year.
After attending the service, Dean said: “It was a privilege to attend this important service and I would like to thank the High Sheriff for inviting me to attend it. I know from conversations with him that his Fund does important work in our community so I am glad that we were able to come together and support it.”
