Question to the Ministry of Defence: Defence Industry Jobs for Service Personnel

Dean asked a question in Parliament to the Minister of State at the Ministry of Defence. He wanted to know that there was support for service personnel in getting jobs in the thriving defence industry.

Here's the question which was asked :-

'Mr Speaker, last week I had the pleasure of visiting Watford's Ex-Servicemen Club, where I met the fantastic staff during an evening of darts. I met with Norman McGuigan while I was there and he's the founder of the Official Minds At War charity who works closely with Liz Burns, a local resident and many great volunteers across the country to provide mental health support for veterans. Good jobs help deliver good mental health. So could the Minister please let me know what is being done to ensure service personnel can take up jobs within our thriving defence industry? Thank you'.
